Delhi Public School Surat is one of the established CBSE schools in South Gujarat, serving students from its Gavier campus near Surat Airport. Established in 2003, the school has grown into a large Nursery-to-Class XII institution with Science, Commerce and Humanities at the senior secondary stage. Its academic programme is complemented by laboratories, sports, student-led events, Model United Nations, clubs and a strong senior-school programme. Because the current date falls in the 2026 admission season for the next academic year, parents should note that DPS Surat has already moved to its 2027-28 admission calendar for several entry classes. This makes the latest website schedule more useful than older 2026-27 admission pages.

Admission Process
For 2027-28, online registration for Pre-Nursery and Nursery ran from September 1 to September 6, 2026. Registration for Classes III to IX is scheduled from October 1 to October 5, 2026. After successful registration, the school sends further steps and the Know DPS Surat / Know Each Other schedule by email.
Parents must bring the municipal birth certificate, Aadhaar or enrolment proof, address proof, recent photographs and the required academic reports for higher classes. The school specifically warns families to check all data carefully before submission and recommends completing Aadhaar enrolment where necessary.
The school’s current admission portal states that the fee structure is shared during the admission process. However, the school separately publishes an FRC-approved 2026-27 annual fee circular, which is used below as the official reference. Parents should still confirm the final amount before payment.
Eligibility Criteria
For 2027-28, Pre-Nursery applicants should be 3 to 4 years old as on June 1, 2027 and born between June 1, 2023 and May 31, 2024. Nursery applicants should be 4 to 5 years old and born between June 1, 2022 and May 31, 2023. The school publishes equivalent age bands for the higher classes in the registration window. Both parents are normally expected to attend the Know Each Other session with the child, although the school allows families to write to the admission team when one parent cannot attend. Applicants for Classes III to IX also need recent academic progress reports, so these should be kept ready before the October registration window.
DPS Surat Fees Structure
The fee amounts below are estimated reference figures based on the Fee Regulatory Committee-approved DPS Surat schedule for 2026-27. The school notes that these fees are subject to the final outcome of a sub judice matter. Parents should confirm the final payable amount before admission or payment.
| Class Group | Estimated 2026-27 Annual Fee |
| Pre-Nursery to Class X | ₹1,86,835 |
| Classes XI-XII – Science/Commerce/Humanities | ₹2,26,970 |
The FRC circular provides the approved annual figure rather than a simple monthly rate. Parents should ask the admission office how the amount is divided into instalments and whether any optional transport or class-specific charges apply.
All fee figures above are estimates for reference even though they come from the official FRC circular. Please verify the final instalment schedule, optional charges and any revision with DPS Surat before making payment.
